Government agencies routinely manipulate bureaucratic designations to suppress constitutional rights—weaponizing policies meant for protection as tools of control. In this context, "13P" is a specific example of such a designation. It is not a common public term, but an internal bureaucratic code. By assigning this label to me, the agency activated a specific, predefined set of rules, protocols, and authorities—rules that were designed for one stated purpose (e.g., "protection" or "administrative handling") but are instead weaponized for another (suppression, detention, silencing).

I was designated 13P—not because it was justified, but to violate my constitutional rights and unlawfully detain me, which is what they were doing in this video.

This classification gave them the pretext to sidestep legal accountability, intimidate me, and obstruct my efforts to expose their violations.

This is not an isolated incident. It is part of a larger, intentional effort to silence anyone who challenges unchecked power, especially in areas like this county, which has operated with absolute, unchecked power and in silence for a very long time.

They know exactly what they’re doing—and so do I. So do all good people in this country who are tired of tyrants.
